What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you don't pick a plan we pause new sends and lock the dashboard read-only — no data is deleted. Pick a plan any time to reactivate instantly.
Do I have to use Stripe?
Stripe is the only payment processor for now (card or direct debit via the Stripe portal). Enterprise plans can pay by invoice annually.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically — you only pay for what you actually use.
What counts toward the contact limit?
Active contacts only. Unsubscribed and archived contacts do not count toward the meter.
Is GST included?
Prices are AUD ex-GST. AU customers see GST added on the invoice; international customers don't pay GST.
Do you offer a non-profit discount?
